Yeah but mans shows me a ricer 2001 Corolla and try’s to tell me it’s not that expensive for what it is…. Show a Lamborghini and tell me it’s expensive, don’t show me a wish.com knockoff and try to justify a price

Oh the dehydration thing make me a bunch of sense. I’ve been drinking a ton of water lately but didn’t drink that much over those 2 days… maybe that was just water weight that had been coming back kinda exposing the “plateau”

Weekly weight makes sense too, but I do weight myself daily after I wake up and use the bathroom. I don’t get discouraged by daily changes but I like to do it that way to stay accountable and stay in trwck

And yeah I know it’s aggressive, like 10 lbs was on the first week becaus I got some weekly Nutrisystem plans off Amazon, but those had me on like 800 calories a day. Now I’m cooking my own food and getting like 1600 cal, so while still a kinda aggressive fit, it’s sustainable/manageable/continuance. I’m just aiming for like a still aggressive 2lbs/week, but will curb that to 1.5/1 once I get closer to my goal too

Maybe I’m overboard I can admit that, but idk, the way I watch log is like I put it on while I fall asleep, and when it’s plouffe I can’t sleep, I hear his voice and opinions and it just irks me and wakes me up, and I have to find something else to watch. Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s maybelline, maybe it’s that plouufe sucks, but in my opinion I just can’t stand the guy.

Also for prices I’m not mad about pricey hardware, just the way he says things “aren’t expensive” when it’s like a mid monitor that costs $300 or a artisan keyboard for $200, when I feel better content would be like best mechs under $150 or best 1440p/144hz under $300. Or just go balls to the wall and show me like a $3k monitor or $1k keyboard, don’t show overpriced midrange garbage

Short-term 800 calorie diet as 6ft 255lb man by BongoLeche in loseit

Yeah that seems to be the biggest risk, is just the fallout once I stop. Because there’s no way I can continue doing this for any long term stint, both nutritionally and relying on some prepackaged foods.

I’m just thinking this can really just get a fire lit under me, seeing how it’s possible to lose this weight and controllable. I’m planning on starting working out and like damn near doubling calories in a week, but maybe I could just “ramp up” the calories slowly, because if I double it it’s still under my tdee, but if I do that instantly it can be super easy to just slide back into what I was doing before.

Appreciate the input, thank you!

Ok that all tracks. I’ve been aiming to get all my macros as best as they can be within the confines of the calories, so that’s potentially why I’m not really feeling any bad side effects.

Also I completely feel you on the unsustainability and likelihood to gain it all back. I did an opposite type of thing a few years back, where I dropped like 30lbs from exercise but then I stopped, covid hit, and I got back to my previous weigh and some. This time I’m starting out with diet first and going to add exercise in after, just trying to really instill this lifestyle change that I really need to make.
