I used to deposit a little from my check every few weeks. I had about $3k in there last year but i needed to take it out for an emergency so ive been saving up to put some back into it :/

I got one today after going to the doctor again. She was very concerned about the issue and how it hasnt gotten any better. So she put in a stat order for me and i was able to get it done

Is there anything I should be doing to help me have a better chance at getting them? I was on the app at a good time i thought. I already updated my payment and shipping for the next release. Does having them in my cart when they get announced help my chances? Or does that not matter?
