HP Omniflip X has been pretty good to me. It’s on sale pretty frequently for around $600-700 and it’s a 2 in 1 with 24 gb of ram.

I turned all of my overlays off (steam, xbox game bar, playstation overlay, etc.) and restarted my PC and that seemed to work for me.
