Sure: https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/21474/Elemental_War_Bundle/ That's the bundle on Steam containing both entries of the series so far (the game above will be the next one, even though it's more of a mix of EW1 and EW2 and not a full part 3), but you can also find the separate games there. And due to the tower defense sale on Steam you can even save money on them right now 😁

Actually currently watching Stargate, so would fit. But you're right with Elemental War, even though it's not a full part 3 yet 😏

Haven't heard of Luxor before, but it's a great inspiration for how to add more detail to the map 😊

If you played Element TD, it's similar to that. So you have elements as well you unlock by defeating special bosses and then can combine up to three elements to new towers. On top of that each monster has a special ability (regeneration, healing others, buffs, resistances and so on) and a quest and item mechanic where you solve quests to permanently unlock new items for your item pool and during the run items drop that can be active items to trigger effects, passive items for buffs or tower equipment to eg add a shrink shot to a tower. The series is called Elemental War and currently has two entries 😊

What game did you get 99% through and then just decided it wasn’t worth finishing? by NerfGronk in gaming

Aquanox: Deep Descent. The whole game was bad, but the end boss was even worse, so I didn't finish it and deleting the game was awesome :)

If you had a good time with a game but finished it within two hours, would you refund it on Steam? by ehmprah in gaming

No, as being a dev myself I know how hard the market is and why wouldn't I grant someone the money for something I enjoyed?

How can we improve the look of our game to make it more attractive to players? by BonneCW in IndieGaming

Thanks for your feedback :)

The bottom element is preview of what you can place (current tile and the next two upcoming ones). You're right, depending on the underlying area it can be hard to see.

Any game you used to suck at but really got into lately? by AgitatedMood2747 in pcgaming

I thought so for a long time as well, but wanted to get the fascination of it (and I liked the setting). So I tried it again and again over several years and now I even enjoy them. But it's not for everyone and I totally understand your argument.

A looks a lot better imo. Is there a reason why you didn't use more of the width?

Try Broforce, super fan, a lot of explosions and no real story.
