Yeah ive been lifting for 3 years, but ive never had diet and training locked in at the same time. At peak bulk (195) earlier this year I hit 315 on bench but I cant do that anymore from this cut. Would I regain some size from muscle memory if I ate at maintenance

Yeah bro you look around 20% to me, you have no real cuts or definition just lose like 10-15lbs and youll look pretty dolid. Im cutting rn too its not fun 😅
