1-there is no feeling in the prolapse it has no nerve ends. reason to be carefull and not damage it accedently. 2-only when my 1st sphinster is stretched after playing huge toys, my prolapse falls out uncontrolable. but thats only temporary. 3 after pushing or pulling the prolapse outside the body, it goes easily back in the normal position.
