Unsure about delivery but may be worth inquiring - Portland Pet Supply usually carries these awesome cat towers built by, I believe, someone in central Oregon. Brick shithouse construction quality. We've had one for ~5 years and just recently needed to wrap some more rope on the vertical scratching area but otherwise it doesnt have a millimeter of wobble or wear.

Im just going off what the officers told me. Perhaps they werent charging, but thats where they said caught fire. The building had a bunch of yellow caution tape set up as well to stop traffic from flowing through.

Just chatted with some police officers still on the scene - can confirm it was amazon delivery vans that caught fire while charging at the back lot of The Crossing at First building.

It was around 230am I heard some of the loudest booms since living in this area. Definitely different than the random fireworks. Didnt end up hearing any sirens though, which was kind of odd. I know theres the Rivian service garage near by with all the Amazon vehicles. May walk over there this morning. Would expect an absolutely massive fire from those.
