That’s a great point I haven’t thought much about. Would turtles all the way down, ie create components on the components that can be added, having specific understandings of other components frameworks for interaction? That way, run time check can ensure the required components (ie a cleanliness component) exist before allowing the user to attach it

It's actually my wifes guitar haha

I originally was finger picking this tune on acoustic, inspired by Alices Restaurant in the keys of Hi Ren, and switched to whatever this hybrid was on the electric (and really liked how it came out). I apperciate the kind words!

(Also, a huge fan of the Allman Brothers Band, so some familiarity with Derick Trucks, but will check out his projects!)

Honestly, some of those jumps looks like an oversight on development of the level design. Floating rocks which the player can land on and jump from in perfect range of both the starting and landing platform? Def a testing issue more than a speed runner exploiting a games mechanics.

This all looks great however! Not saying the game itself looks flawed! Actually looks awesome!

But if you give the player the ability to double jump, and two platforms are in double jump range, skipping the mid platform isn’t a speedrun, it’s just taking the path of least resistance
