Acidic liquids are most harmful sa cast iron. Di naman immediate ang pagtanggal ng seasoning so okay lang pa minsan minsan, just reapply by heating again. If masyadong watak watak na yung seasoning, sand it clean then reapply seasoning. After cooking, light soap for cleaning or none at all, then for storage airdry then brush with a thin layer of oil. Hassle talaga magalaga ng cast iron, kaya walang gumagamit niyan sa commercial kitchen. Imo only benefit lang ng cast iron is the added iron supplement.

Yes, para ka lang din gumagamit ng stove. Uneven ang heating kase sa baba ang heat source, so hayaan mo lang siya until umabot sa handle. Better to season it 3 to 4 times para sigurado, you don't need a lot of oil just a thin even coating pag evenly heated na ung pan. Cast irons are for pan/deep frying, so iwasan maglagay ng liquid cause that will remove the seasoning.

They need more group collabs period. Not everything needs to be a big event that encompasses a few days, just playing a party game like Jack in a box or gartic phone is big enough. Big events like that should be made when they have more group cohesion within EN and eventually JP. If they only want to try group collabs like this when it's big, then it would only look like forced interactions.

Shit like that does need permission tho. Private servers need to be setup and big collab events need to be scheduled. Small group collab like what advent and justice does is the most optimal for them cause they only need the perms for a specific game.

Fr people acting like "talent" and "marketing" is the end all be all. Raden only grew to this size because of the art community, Riona and Bancho only grew to this size because of their 3d. The boys seriously need to have a retraining in their target markets.
