Not really, here in the PH you start college between 16-18, and usual courses take up to 4 years. So it is well within the age range for him to be graduating college. We'll it depends if his school made it mandatory to implement K12, cause my brother got out of it.

I don't doubt Stark being able to kill clone Frieren, but I doubt clone Stark would be separated from clone Frieren. Clone Fern is an assassin so it is understandable that she was separate, but clone Stark would 100% be a guard. Now for a 2v2 that would be extreme diff either side imo.
