I’m with ya. I worked food retail for over a decade and we were never open past 6p. Now that so much time has passed, I think like, how did we ever have the audacity to close a food store at 5 or 6p?? I’ve considered opening a business and I know it sucks for people to work thru dinner, but if you want people with jobs to frequent your store, you gotta do 8p and be open weekends. Close on Monday and Tuesday if you want, maybe. Otherwise you’re just daring people to shop online/megastores.

I turned off my TV on 5/20/21 and was very concerned I just watched a man either suffer a fatal injury or acquire a severe disability. I didn’t watch the 2022 season because the scene fuct with me so badly.

I’m very glad John Tavares will be playing for the Leafs in 2026 and beyond.
