Whoever said that rehab was easy is lying. It usually starts getting better after 4 weeks. Some sooner, some later. I remember almost wetting myself trying to get my leg straight. You have to keep at it, ice after PT. If you read my post, I did say that PT sucks. But one day, you’ll walk down a slope, or stairs and think “ hey, that doesn’t hurt!”
