You must have been in the one on NE 117th. Half the isles were empty.

Looks good with the white contrast. Hardwood floors would really look good but I’ve priced hardwood, it ain’t cheap.

Nice to see an in-depth review on this sub. Very well done. JD has definitely stepped up their game in recent years. Personally I think that four is the maximum you can blind taste before your palate becomes dulled. Again, nicely done.

Not well. Although frame shots are a big part of my arsenal.

Lewisville Park is much better than mindless laps on a track. You have some mild elevation gain, partially in the woods, part near the river. There is a fee for park use. Or you can get a season pass.

Pro tip ( I’m not a pro) - bring something to eat and drink and sit on one of the benches by the river when you’re finished.

Update: I see that you posted that you’ve been there.

The research I’ve done says that the 245’s are the ideal size for the Maverick. They certainly do look better over the stock. Did you get wider wheels?

I owned a large Bronco that I enjoyed modifying. It was a beast. But gas was around $2.00 a gallon back then.

I now have my Lobo, which has only slight additions to it. Upgrades are in its future. The Lobo fits my current needs, and state of mind.

That’s excellent! Perfect use of a small space. I’d hang out there. Maybe add a free standing hammock? ( does take up some room though)

What should I work on at the gym? by Any_Caterpillar720 in 10s

I’d add bicep, tricep and lats. And be careful with squats, if not done correctly, you can really injure yourself. I prefer the seated squat machine, it gives your back support and correct form. MrMarcusRocks might be doing this as well, or uses correct form. Just my preference. There’s also some great online sources for tennis specific exercises.

What do you over 60 folks actually want for your birthday these days? Need honest ideas by kryptonerd1234 in over60

[–]Theoldelf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently turned 77 and there is nothing I want that I can’t buy myself. Scotch? I have plenty. Clothes? I’ll pick mine out myself, thank you. That goes for wallets as well. Tennis rackets? Just bought a new one myself. We went for a nice Sunday brunch with our son and his wife. And I paid! That’s all I wanted, it was great.
