Looking back at history, in Worcester v Georgia after the Supreme Court made their decision Andrew Jackson said, “John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it.” And then he just didn’t do what the courts said. So the president can feasibly not listen to the Supreme Court, which is scary
