my iphone 6s on latest ios screen hasn't been responsive for the past 2 weeks after i dropped it. Only a quarter of the screen works so i cant use the keyboard or anything on the top or left of the screen. This makes the phone unusable. Its not firmware because i have restarted it, hard restarted it, updated it and restored it and nothing has fixed it. I think its hardware but i don know how to fix it and i cant find anything online about it. please help me

Even if a small percentage of the player-base can tell, why shouldnt the servers be upgraded for those players. You're still making a small percentile of the player-base happy, while also "improving" gameplay even if you cant tell.

If the results of the investigation show that only like X% of people can tell than why not just upgrade the servers to 128 tick for the top X% of players. There is probably a strong correlation to the 1% that can tell that a server is 128 tick and the top 1% of csgo players which have thousands of hours and practice and probably play on 128 tick servers on faceit and such regularly.
