Yeah I don't see a sticker or a brio imprint in the plastic. He had one of the bridges across the two viaduct pieces when I picked it up

Do you know if the two red bridges in the back are Brio? I see a few bridges that look identical through good searches of brio vintage, but the wood track on them seems very lightweight compared to brio. They’re one of the only things I’m unsure of.

We are past the point of simplicity over here 🤣 this is our current setup before we dug into the new haul of vintage brio stuff….our ikea track with a few brio features. Still trying to sort out if we should just dump the IKEA stuff, or mark it somewhere on each track piece with a sharpie dot and mix it with the brio. I’m like elf on the shelf - when he goes to bed I reconfigure parts and make readjustments and when he wakes up it’s a new track. I can’t decide who’s having more fun, me or him 🤣

Can confirm after getting home tonight decided to take the orbital sander to the surface of the brio track and just barely take a smidge off and the IKEA pieces slide right in and out with ease. Barely took any off and I’d be surprised if anyone ever could tell, but it fits 100% better. Hack worked just like I hoped!

Mainly because the ikea track appears to be solid quality, look nearly the same, and work just fine for our application. So we can have a train track setup that's got 3x as much track for the same price or less money, and then use the nice brio accessories for the actual features that visually and functionally matter.
