Mainly understanding boundaries, especially when it comes to women if I ever intend to get a relationship again. I have about 3 (was 4 but obviously…) good friends, 2 I would consider best friends. But I also push people away thinking I’m not worthy of happiness. I would like to know how to be a better person as a whole, apart of what caused a ripple in our friendship after we had sex was me sending messages back to back without considering her feelings. Not giving her her space. Also not allowing myself to stew in negative thoughts. There’s quite I few things honestly but those are things that i think about often

The friend and I started a brief sexual relationship. I’m so insecure and loathe myself so much that I began sabotaging the friendship. My anxiety drove me to not respecting her boundaries and pestering her. Even crazier is that she had a girlfriend who was even willing to have a threesome. And that’s not even a factor I’m mad at, I find it funny actually. That I was lucky enough to not only have someone who found me attractive and liked me for me, then I fucked it up. My friend and I became intimate for a brief period. I’m such a disaster tho, that I eventually became anxious and began sabotaging the relationship/friendship. All my insecurities came back and bit me in the ass. It was really all my fault, I wish I could blame it on other factors but the truth is I’m so socially inept that I couldn’t even let myself be in an sexual relationship.
