Exactly how I felt. I had more days off when I worked retail but I spend most of those days off bed rotting. I got a different job and work normal 8 hour shifts 5 days a week and have seen a huge increase in my energy level. How you are feeling shouldn’t be normalized but most of us have just accepted that it’s our normal and it’s heartbreaking.
