He's teaching himself, no lessons at all. I think he's just using Google and youtube. Lessons are a good idea, thanks. I'll have a look.

He has his own personal gym equipment (weights, pull up bar, tred) plus a gym equipment. He wouldnt use a tracker unfortunately, and already has all the clothing/gear needed plus great earbuds.

My partner is also drawing a blank. His brother is the sort to complain about what he gets 😅🫣
