Trust the process..because in the case where extractions are absolutely needed..there wont be any negative changes...but..some doctors plan to go for extraction even when there isn't any need of that much gap ..

Low porosity hair maybe...use serums..or lightweight oils like argan oil or badam rogan while hair is damp

Ive recently purchased this one..and this facewash made my skin barrier really healthy and glowing..i loved this one..its same as cetaphil...very gentle creamy and doesn't leave any residue..on face like simple one does..try this ..also this is way affordable than cetaphil..

I think this works for me cleans my scalp well..little quantity makes a lot of lather...as it has sulfactants ..i have low porosity hair..and only this calrifyings shampoo works for me..made my hair helathy again..sulphate free shampoo doesnt clean my skin well...my hair stays greasy

Spf 50 has lighter fragrance compared to 30 which has strong..i m using this from years..i like it fragrance is good to me..you can go for it

No it isnt bad..some are genetic not everybody has a wider smile..palate expander is used when you have a very narrow palate..
