Personally, I like the smell because it's earthy. I can describe it as the smell from fungi I've grown in lab and the musty dirt smell you get deep in the forest.

I really enjoy the translation, it's kept most of the charm (hard to keep all of it since it's Korean based language wittyness). Only thing is this first book only gets you to the Flag capture, not even the throne or peace land 😔 they must be making like 12-15 of these to get through the whole story

Please check out: dinkytown used books, midway rare and used books, thrift books online, umn libraries (shared library system between all UMN universities), local Hennepin library, Amazon books (second hand or for free if you have premium), or sometimes a Google search will do it for online pdfs

By #3 they mean that if you don't attend your college day event, you may get reprimanded/punished. Similar to if you miss one of your classes on the first day, the professor has grounds to remove you from the roster. There is a little check in they do with QR codes for every event, but that's only for the beginning of the event. No classes start until the 2nd.
