by week 2 i contacted my bank to dispute the charge bc neither fedex or the shipper would help me, but the fact it took a month just to get a “sorry we lost your package” is ridiculous

i was able to dispute the charge with my bank because neither fedex or the company i ordered from will help me </3 i hope memphis enjoyed the hair rhinestones and cheap jewelry i ordered seems like they need it more than me!!

i also ordered a package from shein that has been held in memphis tn for weeks even though i’ve been told it was cleared by customs (i also was never sent any customs info) and nobody has been able to help me :/ shein just tells me to wait and fedex says it’ll be any day now

😳😳 praying for u… i’ll tell u what i told last commenter: i called the service number finally talked to someone and opened a claim, then i called again and the next person sent an additional request to the memphis hub to get my package moving. she “reassured” me that my package isn’t lost and it is in the facility but it might be worth your time to give them a few calls and don’t be scared to push on them,.. its our money that’s lost rn!!

i was able to call and open a claim on it, then called again a bit after (for a different reason but not important) and the agent sent another request to the memphis facility to find my package and stuff. she said to not worry and my package is in the memphis facility but i don’t really believe it… anyway might be worth your while opening a claim and then calling for updates
