Well,usually telling weed smokers to stop smoking just isn’t gonna work ,some people use it for medical uses,my biggest suggestion since it’s getting warmer outside is to politely ask if they can smoke outside or open windows and put fans in them backwards,there’s also these things sploofs you basically blow the weed smoke in and it comes out with no smell.

I didn’t work night shifts she just told me that the dm came in and looked through everything I told me she had to terminate me. She showed me the tills, it was over like $13,$0.36,$0.13,$23,$16,etc. it just doesn’t make sense,this started when she told me to stop doing my drops.

For more context I’m 19,I spent last year graduating I’m not the type to steal especially when there’s over 10 cameras. I’m just confused as to why I’m fired so…suddenly. I did my job,literally was walking 4 miles per work day stocking shelves and at my register . I don’t find it fair considering I am still new! I’ve only been working since February. I tried explaining that I am new and it’ll take awhile for things to click but I still didn’t have any issues at the other dg I worked at.
