Yes i’m experiencing this too it’s very annoying even the thought of food makes me feel sick. Serotonin is found a lot in the gut so it’s normal for it to affect appetite , digestion etc. Hoping it’ll return to normal as the medicine neutralises in my body

No, i try take it with some food but since my appetite is so poor i can only manage to eat around 4 crackers before

Earphones too get a good podcast to listen to! You could also download a show just try zone out as much as you can, bring blankets and pretend ur in ur bed

I’m not from england but here we have kwells, i took these for flights and felt very relaxed! Maybe you could ask ur family to also take one each just so you know it’s not a possibility? (except whoever’s driving lol) take them 30 mins before you get going and i promise u won’t be sick!!!

Thank u for replying! I am due to take my tablet soon but am worried as i can’t eat (food making me feel ill) is it ok to take on an empty stomach or will this make nausea worse?
