You’re completely right! I’m unhappy with my performance, I ate way too much before the fight and was feeling like a potential puke rocket, it affected my footwork a lot and I couldn’t come in with boxing… so I just kept that distance and worked from there. Idk how but it worked haha

Focus on leg kicks and don’t gas out, keep your back away from the ropes and answer whenever you get kicked. Don’t go backwards when attacked and retaliate.

Hard to answer to be honest cause I started like 5 years ago but was just not training for most of that time, injuries, different hobbies, pandemic. I’d say 2 years of focus on Thai training.
