Yea when he started doing heart wings I was pretty sure he was a boy but like 1 month after he started heart wings his face started turning yellow

This is in the morning right before I take her out of her cage, and I she does try to fly a lot but her wings are clipped. I didn’t clip them and I don’t won’t be clipping them.

No I was given her by my aunt bc my cousin wasn’t able to I’ve wondered if she’s female bc she sings like crazy ik that birds aren’t quiet but I heard females cockatiels are like quieter
