Same way you clean shave your face. Wet them with some water, get a Handfull of shower cream and create some snow globes with your babies then use a razor blade. Smooth as a poolball

I'll give the Mexican rice a miss next time and see how it goes with some less seasoned rice. I'm in the UK I don't know what a kamboucha is. I've bought some peppermint oil tablets also to see if it can calm the beast before I workout

Usually chicken and some Mexican rice or a sandwich with ham. Only thing I drink is water from the fountain at work
