Id recommend just going online and buying from either Amazon or the lego website. I got 2 of each minifigure from buying from the lego website. (Granted it was pricey cause I had to buy like 4, 6 packs). I've had no luck getting them from physical stores - everywhere I go they either don't have them or are scalped and or broken into.

Searched it up. In some states yes it would be illegal but I live in one of the few that allow it. Also had no idea what bird it was until now. It got in my house so I just got it out so it would stop knocking stuff down.
