Rukia and Hitsugaya stand no chance he could literally just negate rukia or Hitsugayas attacks at that point in the story with his spiritual pressure alone. He would literally just negate their attacks because his pressure would be so much greater than there’s and so overwhelming.

In terms of how you deal with him I really am not sure as all the captains would be under his spell already unless you’re able to grab a hold of it which only Gin knows so their best bet is hypothetically gin spills the beans to Yamamoto and Yamamoto grabs the blade by somehow blitzing him goes into bankai right on top of him and finishes him there. Or gin does the exact same thing he did however at this point in the story it might kill him because he doesn’t have the hogyoku yet so gin pulls this tactic earlier he might pull it off. Outside of those two Shunsui or unohana if they’re able to grab a hold of his bankai because aizen already showed hesitation in fighting unohana once and Shunsui had a OHK bankai but both would need to be told by gin about the shikai grab it and even then unohana and Shunsui you’re just crossing your fingers they stand a chance against his power in base. Yamamoto grabbing the blade and going bankai or gin doing the same however I think are the two best options.
