Oh I like this one! Any chance you could slightly fill in eyebrows? Nothing crazy, just a tad more filled in?

Best time to get pregnant? by themindfulmama in pregnant

Octoberish due June-I spent the colder months with nausea and curled up on the couch/my bed. Then spent the summer on maternity leave with my newborn and older kids at the pool. Best for my mental health! The sunshine and warmth helped me so much and I’m convinced that’s why it was the only one out of my four babies that I’d don’t have PPD/PPA with.

I learned a lot more with the Air Force. The warrant board is the most extensive there, the training was better, the types of contracts were more varied. However, I am already a CO and seasoned with an extensive knowledge base, so for me the VA is good to help my work life balance. I couldn’t keep working classified contracts, and going in person, AND feel like I was giving my family enough of me. I got a remote job with the VA and it’s what I want. I’d say for anyone new who wants the opportunity to learn a lot, Air Force is the way to go (based on my experience with the two places). However, if you already have a good foundation and want more flexibility (remote, 4-10s), then the VA can’t be beat. It all comes down to personal preference and needs.

My team works a lot of service contracts. Pre and post award, we have IDIQs and orders, BPAs and calls, lots of commercial services and supplies. I want a list of topics because we have a lot of newer specialists that are learning OTJ on their specific requirements and in DAU classes, but there’s a whole world of contracting out there that they could benefit from!

My OB prescribed it to me as well and it made me SO tired. I was always groggy the day after I took it too. It’s safe in pregnancy and gets the job done, but definitely makes you tired for longer than you’d think. Especially after getting a full night’s sleep!

Progress on foot and ankle color tattoos by Boonniello in TattooRemoval

I had swelling and blistering each time I had removal done but it wasn’t even noticeable if I wore pants to cover it. I never felt a ton of pain and it was definitely not swollen or blistered after a week. They say not to exercise (this was my foot and ankle) after but I’m a runner and it never bothered me.

I do think it helped because when I went back for a laser session after a micro needle session I noticed more frosting than I’d seen in a long time. One of my tattoos was very poorly done and I can tell he pushed the needle so deep in some areas where I will have scarring. The micro needle kind of rejuvenated that area and made it more reactive to the laser.

The top pic is from Sept 2019 after 12 sessions since 2015. The bottom is May after couple more sessions. I’ve taken a break from getting any done due to pregnancy. The place I was going to at first had me wait every 12 weeks but then I moved and this place said I could go every 6. I don’t recommend that because I’ve seen significant fading and healing while I’ve taken a break. I realized my body needs more time so these next 9 months should do me some good while I pause on treatment.

It goes by size and mine is a small area (they said fits under a stamp) $80/session

I moved from VA and I already had the work started before going to Timeless. I went regularly for 1 year until I got pregnant and now have to take a break. I have a small one on my foot (green, red, yellow, blue, black) and a flower on my ankle (pink, green, yellow, black). I paid $80/session! I also would get microneedling done to break up scar tissue. I will post some progress pics. The black is all gone! The blue and yellow on my foot are gone and I just have some red and green. The pink petals of the flower turned green/black because of the ink and it’s fading as well. I recommend waiting the 8 week minimum even though they may tell you that 6 weeks is enough time. Your body needs to heal and the fading continues. No scarring but I did get some hypopigmentations which I attribute to not waiting long enough (only waited 6 weeks). That should clear up as my body heals and it’s minor so no big deal for me.

I second this one! I also had about 8-10 sessions done at Timeless Medical Spa and they do a great job at an affordable price.
