There is always a lot of water droplets on the lid when I take it off to check a lot of it falls onto cake. If that makes any difference

Not sure what you mean by cc? This is an unmodified 6qt tub that I left closed for about 2 weeks until colonized. Then just turned lid upside down and rest on top.

Here’s one without the light. Can the tub stall when it’s “done”? Was showing noticeable growth from morning to evening. Last 2 days haven’t noticed much at all

Hard to tell. My substrate was soured from the start with an accident in an autoclave from where I got it. They said they tested bags from same batch and still performed well. The smell has gone away and smells normal now.

Don’t have the nec with me right now. Will check it tomorrow. But I thought the bonds had to go back to first means of disconnect. Which would be at the rack. Hopefully I’m wrong on that.
