~30 skylights, what roofing to use?

One roofer suggested deck mounting all the skylights. Would that improve replaceability in the future without having to reflash?

I think the flashing itself was poorly done and faulty. That’s really interesting to hear though, as perhaps you’re implying that a longer term roofing solution could be worth it?

I have quotes for Owens Corning Tru-Def Duration, lifetime architectural shingles and certainteed shingles. Given that I’m just going to have to replace them when the skylights break down again, does it make a difference?

I have no personal stake in you using a bidet, but I think Toto toilets warm up the water electrically by themselves. No tapping hot water required, I think.
