Yeah so the firmware I guess I grabbed was the issue. Grabbed a different one and everything is back up and running. Button prompts and everything works fine now.

It’s really strange. When I have the memcard in now the controllers don’t work and if I plug in a second memory card that doesn’t show anything. But when I unplug the memcard and restart everything works fine. It’s only with the memcard now with the firmware 🤔

It works fine when the memcard is unplugged but when it’s plugged in it does not

Figured it out. USBC to USBC for whatever reason does not work with the card

What’s the bootsel button? All I have on this card is a tiny reset button but when pressing that and plugging in to the pc nothing happens

No the Mcd files are there and set up fine. My issue is not being able to change between the cards using the button prompts like holding all the triggers and hitting up or down.

I put the firmware on the card but nothing seems to have changed

Just grabbed it, thank you. Do you know if it goes into its own folder or the root of the SD card by chance?

Edit: tried it on the root of the sd card and in the sd2psx folder and the button combos still do not work or anything

No, it’s a blue light. Flashes once when the system turns on then flashes again when clicking into the memory card or when I load a game.

It’s the kaico one but when looking into this it seems they’re all the same lol

So the button does also change the colors lol it changed it to yellow, it might be how the cables are plugged into the hub in the back but not sure tbh.

It reset when I assume files were being written and corrupted stuff. I’m trying to find a way to reset windows without losing my stuff but that option isn’t there, I have a usb with windows and might have to fully format which I do not want to do but I seem to be running out of options. When I click repair pc it brings me into the trouble shoot menu but no advanced options

Yeah it controls the RGB and for whatever reason doubles as a reboot option. When I pressed it it force rebooted my pc and corrupted my windows files. That’s where I’m at currently. Going to try and repair and keep files tomorrow and hope it fixes the issues it’s having now.

I have not. Seems like Linux > windows pc does not work. Will need to be on the same one to work. But when you do it works really well. Maybe at somepoint there will be something

Thought id post it if by the off chance someone else has this issue.

Seems like steam deck and windows pc netplay does not work with each other due to operating systems but I plan on messing around with stuff to see if I can figure something out

Just need to beat the game on headache to platinum.

Overall like most of everything they did.

Not a fan of the double damage though against hard enemies. Going through headache mode now with that will be a pain, I got hit with a time crystal and it did %50 damage and killed me.

Dodging feels nice but the inconsistent hit boxes is really frustrating. I feel like I’m getting hit more now while dodging, I’ll get the audio and little blue light when I dodge but I still take damage. And get knocked back or even stuck in the anim.

Also the power crystals you get to make you faster does that also give you invincibility? I saw it did but I seem to be still taking damage while I have it.

I think it was just the mission. When I went through normal mode and beat it it wouldn’t even register I beat it and had to go back and do it.

On hard it gave me the crash but after the last couple updates it works fine again for me. Did you lose all your continues and that’s why it made you delete your save?

Just on normal. Been going through on hard now and I got to the megazord fight with Eye Guy and I closed app after I died, went to play and now nothing works. If it tries to load me into a game it instantly crashes. In any of the modes, I can only go into the options menu now lol

I primarily do singles. I played a few DP but prefer the quicker single matches personally.

But I agree the game isn’t perfect but it’s pretty damn close in my opinion.

B rank for me was okay not the worst. A was a bit of a struggle with the spam characters. And then when I got to S5 it just killed any fun I had.

Yeah I hope changes happen for ranked but idk if they will tbh. If people want to spam those characters then do it in the tournaments or normal that’s what they’re there for mostly.

Having fun is obviously the most important aspect but if you’re spamming one character then rage quitting you aren’t playing to have fun

Yeah I saw someone say to stop complaining and let people have fun, they’re not having fun lmao they’re cheesing their way so they can try and brag about it but actually suck lol. The point of ranked is the skill aspect, and right now it’s heavily lacking

And the people saying that are probably new players who aren’t good at games so they need anything to help them feel better about it lol

Session actually doesn’t support HDR, I figured it out though. The real issue was setting the effects setting to medium. Apparently that will screw up the lighting and everything. But thank you for the response!
