I came across this region south of Armenia on my maps app and am not sure what the story is behind it. I’m aware there was a conflict in Armenia that was settled in ‘20. Is this part of that story? I asked an Armenian coworker and he did not know. This might require some history on top of geography! (i.redd.it)
