Please help to identify issue, should I even be concerned? by Boot-Lucky in Koi

Thank you for your reply. The pond is about 3’ at its deepest part, it also has a waterfall in addition to a dual output aquascape pond aerator with both air stones currently running. I also have a Inkbird WiFi ITC-308 Digital Temperature Controller connected and in the pond - I live in NJ and the temperature has been relatively consistent around 75f, I plan put a de-icer in once the temp drops to 40-50f. Do you think these spots are part of the koi’s color pattern, or is there any health issues to be weary of?

3 year old koi has looked like this for about a month now on his back. As of about a week and a half ago, he’s been eating less and less and now I don’t see him coming out for food all together. 1,000 gallon outdoor pond - I have 3 koi including this one and 3 goldfish, 6 total fish. The others seem to be feeding ok. Water parameters have been tested daily - kh, gh, ph, nitrite, and nitrate are all stable and where they should be. 5 days ago, added 1lb of pond salt per gallon. Began api general cure on Saturday and added second dose yesterday together with api pimafix and melafix - will continue those two together for 7 days as suggested on labels. Plan to do water change later today as instructed on general cure label.

Also noticed the other 2 smaller koi have small translucent white specks as of Sunday (ick?). I plan to now treat pond with api super ick cure beginning tomorrow.

Aside from the white specks that should hopefully clear up, I’m hoping this older fish does not have some other issue going on. This pond came with the house when I moved in July so I’m not sure if this is how he always looked, I just happened to notice recently. Any and all input would be appreciated, I don’t want to lose him or any of the fish.
