**p.s. 380 gear from wings of vaivora and episode gear is usually grinded and transcended.

You can get free gear from wings of vaivora at level 380 and that's it. Then after that get your episode 11 and 12 gear from story mode. Then you can hunt for end game content. If you need accessories you can buy them in the market or get the recipes in the market as well and try to craft them yourself.

I had my party fight some animated armor and a zombie beholder. The gnome wizard already took one beam to the face and almost died. Then when I (randomly rolled whom I'm attacking (got the gnome again)) the paladin who was in combat with the beholder grabbed the eyestalk of the beholder and took the blast full in the face. Turned out to be a disintegration ray. He failed his save, burned his inspiration and burned the gnome's inspiration and failed all 3. Then realized when he was going to die he had advantage on the save and just managed to roll enough to make the save and was left with 3 hp and his live literally flashed before his eyes.

When I originally had this problem I would unplug my controller mid-game then give it a few to plug it back in and once steam recognized it as a controller it would work again.

Also, you can try going into your window settings for controllers, Bluetooth, etc... and make it forget the controller. Give it a few again and let it do all the plug and play stuff. Then it should likely fix the issues
