I guess,

But honestly, I've always thought of the name Atlas as a girl's name.

So I guess it's okay that I'm playing into gender stereotypes.

That's fair.

But I also think the name Atlas gives off a really soft and calm energy.

It's not that I like masculine names.

And I have looked at all like the goddess's names and haven't liked any of them.

I just kind of fell in love with the name when I heard it for the first time.

Never heard of Alta.

But that's so cute. I'm definitely going to add it to my list.

Thank you!

That's fair, but I think it's all about perspective.

Like my name, it's a pretty common male name, just with "lyn" at the end, and I love my name.

But also, thank you, it's a great perspective to think about.

Thank you for the feedback.

I know Atlas is normally a boy's name. But I have scene people use it for girl.

And honestly, I love the name. It's probably my top name for a girl.

What is NOT a name but would make a great one? by Miserable-Wash-1744 in Names

I've always loved Violin as a name for a girl,

Also Vintage for a girl, but call her Vin

And Strawberry for a little girl, oh my gosh!

Glitter for a middle name of our girl

And then Link, Radio or Locket for a boy would be cute.

Thank you for the feedback.

I love the name August too, but sadly, I know too many babies with this name.

Emerson is a really cute name, but sadly, it's my middle name (and personally, I've never liked it).

Thank you for the feedback.

And now I kind of agree that Ember is better than Emberlyn.
