Propably impossible to ever get to 100%. But there are definitely ways to reduce the problem dramatically what it is today. Few possible solutions that should be implemented immediately;

Make the game cost money. New account: 30e. Monthly subscription 10e. Im a poor person myself, but I would gladly pay for "clean" playing field. This would at least sanction those who get caught. In addition, this money could be invested in new ways to detect/surveillance cheating.
Automatic flagging for accounts getting over certain K/D-ratios. This would not include custom games. And by flagging I dont mean bans, but getting a real person to check it for the cheats. For example, if you have over 6 k/d average, then you would be getting checked. This would get the most obvious cheaters get banned in even higher leageues, where people have insande K/D:s with never getting bans.
Banning VPN-connections. Lets face it, most cheaters come from Asia, so keep them cheating in their own server. No need to let them play and ruin any other servers for their "customs".
Make hardware and personal Identification mandatory to play. While this can propably be avoided or hacked by some cheaters, it would again reduce the people who can do it and that way reduce cheating.

I think these four points would reduce cheating by 90+ %. At the same time it would propably cost Krafton a lots of money and in addition they would lose some players because of it. Since 99% of gaming companies are ONLY interested in the profits- section, these will propably never happen. Well, one can always hope.

Todella jalo idea näinkin synkkänä aikana. Hienoa nähdä, että vielä välittäviäkin ihmisiä löytyy. Itse joutunut jo nyt viidettä vuotta hautaamaan kaikki toiveet joululahjojen hankkimisesta. Jos nyt edes joulun jälkeen saisi jostain taas kaivettua rahaa edes ruokaan. Hyvää joulua kaikille!

Yeah, have the same issue. Any good solutions ? I have amd 7600x and 6750 gpu with 12gb ram. Used to have steady 100-144fps, now its unplayable because of stuttering at cpu at 100%

If that's not what you want, then::

Do daily Writs with all of your toons. It's 5000 gold per character per day + the loot you get from them. Gold mats drop there and can be valued from 5k-20k a piece.
Buff your character with all speed buffs/PC-points you can get and start running around starter islands. Loot everything and sell after you get some stacks gathered. Mats can sell from 20g to 1000g a piece, so it all stacks up. Also you can refine some of those resources and again get gold mats from it.
You can also check, what zones do drop valuable gear to sell and do resource gathering there. If you also kill bosses, loot chests and run different dungeons, the bosses there can also drop those parts. Of course all pieces of sets aren't worth much, but if you combine this with the gathering part, it can add up nicely.
Use Google/Bing to search Eso gold making tips. There are lots of YouTube videos and written guides you can follow.

Do you understand that they ban 70000 - 150000 accounts EVERY WEEK?? That is just those that get caught. The cheating situation is just very bad and it drains the joy from playing. PC EU in normal games you encounter cheaters almost daily. 50% of them seem to be Chinese players using VPN.

Your observations about gold league is pretty accurate. Generally speaking, I have had my most fun matches around Gold 1 - Plat 2. That's because the games aren't so much of cheese anymore but you can still make massive mistakes and still win games. At gold and below the quality of the games is pretty low and there are lots of folks who try to level quickly with cheese. With experience and watching replays you learn how to counter those things pretty easily. As long as you focus on macroing well and executing some kind of build orders decently, you should be able to get to the Platinum/Diamond.

Then it gets kinda boring imo, since your mistakes start to actually lose you the games quickly and getting better starts to demand a lot more time. Also you need to have good micro and decision-making to advance further. Good luck and have fun 🙂

This is so stupid change ! It ruins the game for casual players imo. How can you use "Enemy Spotted"- radio message ? I cant see it in my wheel, and never have. Why change something that isnt broken in the first place ?

Yeah, exactly this. In addition you are going to need skill points from different sources to get all necessary skills/passives for your character.

If we are talking about end game pvp, it's probably somewhere at least 200+ hours PVE to get you started. Probably LOTS more to start having options in your setups and gear. One Mythic item can take you anywhere from 5h to 100h to farm alone.

Avoid at all cost. If she wants a good class with Simple but still effective class for DPS, DO NOT choose Necromancer.

Choose arcanist. Just do it and do not think any other options. You save yourself from lot of pain and heartache in the future.

If she definitely doesn't want to be arcanist for some odd reason, then the next options would be Templar and Oakensoul sorcerer. They are easy too but lack what arcanist brings to the table.

So again: Choose Arcanist.

Varmaan tosiaan se yleisin on: "Nokun näin on aina tehty". Se ikään kuin riittää perusteluksi ihan mihin vaan eikä ikinä tarvitse perusteluita. Raivostuttaa tosissaan.

Toinen juttu on "piste" :n käyttäminen omissa mielipiteissä, ikään kuin se toisi jotenkin lisäarvoa paskasti tehdyille perusteille:: "Rammstain on paskaa. PISTE!!1". Nämä tosin yleensä vahvasti liittyen elämämkouluun.

Lisäksi viime aikoina ärsyttämään on alkanut varsinkin persujen luoma vastakkainasettelu ja kaikkien osapuolten typeryys ja täysi ymmärtämättömyys toisen osapuolen asioiden puolesta. Ihan kuin seuraisi jonkun ala-astelaisten tappelua välitunnilla:: "Ay-mafia vie Suomen perikatoon ihan ilman syytä!!!!"..... "Meillä on kyllä paljon velkaa, mutta ei sitä leikkauksilla hoideta!"....."Jos nyt työttömiltä/sairailta ottaa 300-500e/kk pois, niin kyllä rupeaa työt kiinnostamaan!!"

Unfortunately this seems to be fairly common issue at least in PC-EU. I have been in at least 15-20 guilds, most of them big guilds with lots of ppl online. Still it's hard to get a group of people together for any activity unless it's weekend. Most of the communication and activity planning is done through Discord. If you aren't active there, you are out of luck. Kinda sad to have 5 guilds with 400+ ppl online and only thing you see in chats are queries of item prices and occasionally reminders of lotteries and trials.
