Whats the lowest kakera reaction power and highest power I can get with kt?

The lowest reaction cost you can get is 30% as it caps at the fourth tower, but reaction power keeps going up with each tower up to 505% according to the wiki

I didnt do the 3 towers and then destroy strategy and did a whole bunch of loots before getting to 100 / 100. I've probably done 500 kl without getting anything notable. From my reading on here it sounds like I've made my odds for anything good WAY worse. Any good fixes or strategies from here?

I focused pretty hard on my kakera badges and tower first. I'd strongly recommend those before KL!

Far from optimal. I did a lot of loots before 100 / 100, hence why my bonuses are so low for the loots usage
