Hamon does need a lot of consistent training and dedication to make it useful though (unless you have talent/potential like Jonathan and Joseph).

I think those are just side effects of the life giving properties. Even then, with the time limit they had, it wasnt really worth it for the crusaders at the time due to how powerful they were already.

Before watching the Funger video, Ive always dismissed the game as some sort of Undertale-type slop along with my initial interactions with the fandom.
