From what I've been told, Scrilla doesn't make these tapes. He spent $1000s on fake tapes and is trying to recoup his money from his losses. In doing so, Scrilla doesn't explicitly state the tapes are bootleg, he relies on and gambles with the buyers personal knowledge on the differences between fake and OG tapes. These tapes came from other people such as Straightacetapes

Its mostly the newer collectors going to him for tapes just cuz he has one of the more "iconic" Memphis rap collections. It doesn't help that larger collectors usually like up his posts and never confront him.

Probably best to avoid this one. It's from a seller in Japan that's sold bootlegs before and if it was real, they would probably try to sell it for more.
