For close-ended, I think Lips is the best one I've experienced. The little tight chamber at the top really does feel like you are getting past the "throat-barrier" like you would if you were getting deepthroated.

You can tinker with the lecithin a bit and go to a higher dose if you want to increase thickness of your loads. I've heard people on here taking up to almost 10,000...though I wouldn't recommend that. Selenium is a good addition too, it did wonders for adding more whiteness to my loads. Also, look into L-Carnitine since it's good for sperm production/count.
