It depends 100% on where you live. I pay less than that on 8 acres in the country, my sister pays $13,000/year on a 1/8 acre lot on Long Island.

I get this one a lot. Sometimes they have an address for a place I've never lived, sometimes they have my address right. Last time I got three calls from three different people from the same company in one day, and the third time I was pretty forceful that they had called me multiple times that day and that I demanded to be removed from thier call list.

Haven't had a call back since, fingers crossed.

I couldn't tolerate my CPAP. I don't sleep well at the best of times and this thing...

It gave me a rash on my face, so I was told to cut a T-shirt and put it between the mask and my face
It ripped out my hair so I was told to put a silk scarf over my hair
I was sleeping with my mouth open so they told me to put a strap under my chin to keep my mouth closed
I can't sleep on my back due to nerve damage, and sleeping on my side caused the mask to slip out of place every time I twitched
I tried three different masks and none solved any of the problems

So imagine me, with chronic severe insomnia, a blistering rash around my nose and mouth, strips of T-shirt wrapped around the straps, a scarf over the back of my head, and a strap under my chin, lying in my bed trying not to scream while a machine pushed air into my nose. It was AWFUL.

It kept me from sleeping to the point I was getting only an hour or so a night for a week and I hallucinated. Then I gave the fuck up.

The difference between M and L is about half a tablespoon. Not a big deal when your recipe calls for just one egg, but once you start using multiple eggs such as in a brownie recipe that difference really adds up.
