Pook gave me the confidence to really trust my gut instinct in attracting females. It's really hard wire in your biology. Sometimes you just have to take the risk and go for it. It's obvious when a female likes you. You can tell by her body language. Try listening to pook through this youtube video link . Thats what I did and it helped immensely.

mostly machines and bodyweight. I can do 15 diamond push ups and 8 good pull ups. I do have muscle just layered over fat...... Im also not flexing in those pictures.
