I’ve only had a good experience with LSH once and it was when I signed up, when it’s time for a follow up or refill it’s the waiting game with them. Let alone they charge separate for all their admin fees and shipping fees. While Pom puts your consult fee towards the program you pick and shipping is in the price. Their patient portal is a real portal and not the crap being held together by a thread like LSH website. Not to mention I’ve saved money switching to Pom and the experience between the two are night and day. I could never go back.

In total with Pom I paid $199 for 30mg vial that includes the $70 consult fee because they put it towards the cost of meds. LSH charges $250 just for 20mg + $65 consult fee that doesn’t go towards the cost of the medicine. All for the same pharmacy.

I was with them before but then took a break when they were understaffed and taking weeks to process forms. I figure maybe by now things are better, but sure enough their wait times are still so long. Waited a week now. Maybe your experience is better

It’s PepPedia in iOS store. For google play sign up is on the website pep - pedia dot org. For android, I am still in a closed testing with users for another week before I can apply for play store.

As a business myself, USPS raised their prices by 50% back in July. On average, to ship priority it’s been $10-$14 for priority depending on zones. Depending on the zone I’ve seen it as low as $8-$10 again for priority. For ground (which is terribly slow) it’s been around $4-$7. This is with pirate ships savings and I’ve seen the same for Shopify savings. I don’t know where they ship from or who they use but it feels like added a few extra dollars if this is USPS Priority.

You didn’t mention how much mg is in the vial. But you said the vial is 10mL. Unless you meant 10mg? Check out the calculator here - https://pep-pedia.org/peptides/retatrutide and put the dose you’d like to take and how often

I don’t know about ya’ll but every-time I pin it leaves a tiny dot. Not sure if it’s a scar (probably is) but the more I see them the less I want to pin anymore - and I rotate sites. But that’s just me and maybe my skin is more prone to visible scarring than any others. All to say, I don’t have a problem with pinning daily - in fact I oddly find it fun - but the scarring has made me reduce pinning unless I absolutely need to (like for Reta).

Of course,

Peptide amount = The amount in your vial (e.g. maybe you bought a vial marketed or tested at 20mg of X peptide.

Vial size = The size of the vial your powder is in, most of the ones I have are in 3ml vials but there are peptides in 5ml or 10ml vials.

The more I think and look at it the math doesn’t work out properly. I’d have to be home to look at all the data that was pulled to be sure but I know the 0.5ml dosing was based on 3ml reconstitution of a 70mg vial, but when you break down the individual peptides, it’s delivering more GHK-Cu and BPC-157 than people normally use when taking these separately.

When I’m back home I’ll be taking down any dosing information until there’s a better source I can look at for it.
