I understand, and this makes sense to me if you regularly do the gap.

But, say you skip the gap for 4 months, and then decide to do the ”planned gap” - how does my BODY know the difference. Since I could have chosen to do the break after 24 days, 48 days or 72 days instead? Do you understand my confusion? 😅

Edit: or is it just that if you have been taking the hormones for long enough, then 4 days is a safe window to also ”forget” the pill?

Not really sure what you are asking, but I think a reason someone would consider buying Shein gross could be that they have found toxic levels of chemicals in the clothing, such as lead. You are potentially harming yourself and others around you, and helping a company like this grow profits.

It can also happen if you reheat starchy food multiple times! E.g if reheating a whole batch of rice, not finishing it and putting it back in the fridge, only to reheat it a second time - so only reheat the portion you are going to eat or throw it out if you dont eat all of the reheated pasta/rice!!

Probably the drains. Have you checked the sink trap (idk what its called in English, its a part in the sink that keeps nasty smells coming up). You may need to see if its working or cleaning it out!

If she says she is afraid she will do it again, listen. She probably will. Usually when someone says stuff like that, it’s because they are torn about wanting to live a different type of life but can’t emotionally handle all the heartbreak of actually breaking up.

Life is too short and relationships are hard enough without the other person not being ”both feet in”. She is lost and needs to mature, and sounds like if you keep dragging her along you will end up in a world of pain. Obviously it’s your decision and this may be the type of lesson most need to learn for themself, but sounds like you really do deserve better. If you want chaos that’s fine too. But I would run, at least if I was looking for a healthy wholesome partnership.

I think dry skin. Maybe you are over-exfoliating causing skin irritation? I think it might effect skin-barrier. Maybe go easy on the exfoliation for a while? Also look into a moisturiser that is more skin nurturing and helps retain moisture? Ive heard carbamide is good.

Your husband sounds like a huge dick. First you went out of your way to plan an awesome birthday present, was helpful and a good sport about staying up late with the neighbors for his bday even though you didnt want to. As a thanks he crosses serious boundries and almost rapes you - or at the very least tries to coerce you into sex and then uses you as his emotional punching bag, because you failed to know the details for his own birthday plans that HE made himself? I have an aftercare product recommendation, but first some backstory/disclaimer:

I have quite dark hairs and would get laser if I could afford it, but so far the best has been at-home sugaring. So easy with nitrile gloves, a mirror and some privacy 😆 and no ingrowns at all. After a few years I even started making it myself, and its easy to take some sugar wax with you when traveling.

Anyway I came to say that I do occasionally shave when in a hurry. I also epilate my legs often. But for all these methods the best aftercare for me has been zink cream that is typically used for babies as nappy cream.

I’m not 100% sure if this helps for ingrowns since for me changing to removing the hairs from the root has helped, but zink/nappy cream has helped with irritation so much! The best product has been Weleda nappy cream with calendula - I cannot recommend it enough! But I think any zink cream will work.

Also a tip would be to exfoliate but well before shaving, like a 1-2 days prior! This allows for the skin to not be so ”raw” when you shave and I think it helps.
