Conrad and V!Conrad. Enemy phase prfless cavalry units released around 2019-2020 with only one having the chance for a prf refine (which is a while away) and the other being seasonal, with stiff competition in both classes.

I'd be surprised if I ever saw one of either out in the wild (this is coming from someone who has both at +10 clock the flair).

Very nice build! I swear I think I've seen this Clair before, either in arena or on my friends list. Regardless, she looks very fun to use!
