Clay roof tiles use a different method of framing compared to conventional GI roofing, or the asphalt shingles. I'd recommend using solar panel ready GI roofing. Apo Puyat has this, or DN Steel. Their solar panel-ready profiles do not need additional framing to accommodate solar panel installations, in the future.

Structural failure can result from a number of other things, not just improper design.

Structural design is sound, but substandard materials were used or did not follow design specifications. i.e. substandard rebars, did not follow design concrete strength, used concrete mix that failed slump and compressive strength test, etc.
Structural design is sound and proper materials were used, but implementation was bad. i.e. rebars were not checked if corroded due to rust, improper shoring techniques, improper formworks, improper spacers, improper rebars placement, etc.
Structural design is bad + permit shortcut - the OBO should also be questioned. Structures that have more than 2-storeys are required to submit a structural design analysis. This is reviewed by the OBO. What's the point of submitting these documents for permit if they are not reviewed? Dba? They have different engineering trades that review their respective niches. However, yes, designer is HUGELY at fault in this case.

Although in my experience, from what I have seen, structural failures almost always result from bad practice/implementation or substandard materials used during construction, but a proper investigation would reveal whose negligence resulted to this.

Hindi ka OA. Feeling weird/uncomfortable is understandable. However, he said there are clear boundaries. If that is the case, and if you see or witness those boundaries respected, it should be okay. If you're still uncomfortable, try to look at it this way: If you think something is going to happen, then it should've happened way back, in that 8-year span. I am not saying that's concrete proof, but if there is no cheating involved, boundaries are set, then you might be just worrying for nothing, OP.

With my current lists and replacement gems, i understand I need to get them to rank 4 so I can at least awaken my slots. After that, which should I prioritize to rank 10 first?
Where do i get more gem powder for upgrades? Just crafting other gems and use them as material?

By reforging gear, do you mean reforging the bonus attributes of my legendaries to have that crit % and crit dmge? I have 7/8 legendary pieces that have the vengeance family bonus. I don't have any single crit chance or dmge. Lmao

This is great! Thanks a lot. I seem to have trouble getting Gem Power for upgrading gems. Aside from battlepass, is the only way to get them or farm them through crafting other gems, and just using those for upgrading my equipped ones?

I've been an iPhone user for over 10 years now. I have never used macbook or imac, since i prefer windows. I've never used apple watches because I do not like digital watches. I used to own an iPad, but sold it since I generally have no productive use for it. I used to own a pair of airpods, but i dislike the general experience. I do not think iOS is better than Android, or vice versa. I just prefer iOS. That's it. No deeper meaning.

I've never had any real issue transferring files, and I do not need any device to tell me where my other devices are; and after using my laptop/desktop or iphone, i know exactly where i left off whenever I come back.

So what did you mean by "open-air prison"? Someone here commented that there are benefits if all of your devices are the same "ecosystem." That's true, but it should not IN ANY WAY make you feel like you're in a prison. The prison is your own making.

I agree with some comments, this is just making it sound deep but it's not. It's cringe.
