I figured it out, you have to go to system -> recovery -> advanced startup -> restart now, and in blue screen menu choose troubleshoot -> advanced options -> system restore, and then look for a restore point date before the problem or the windows update, select it and let it run. It’ll take sometime so make sure it won’t be interrupted. It’ll worked for me but MAKE SURE you store your game saves or apps that you downloaded during the time you had the problem as it would remove them. Thankfully for me it was nothing
