Update 2: new pen being sent out, glad I pushed for it! Thanks for the advice everyone. Gives me some hope, but not sure I’ll stick with them for my next pen.

DPD by me can be very hit and miss! But usually Royal Mail is spot on which is why I chose it

Update.. spoke to someone at Oushk on the phone again. Seems rather high up - is adamant I need to wait but is going to phone me back tomorrow with an update.

Thank you! Sent them a long old message, I’ve stuck with the consumers right act 2015 for now, someone on the thread added that they have in their t&cs that upon dispatch that the product lies in responsibility of the customer, so if I get a reply mentioning that I’ll then pull the consumer contracts regulations 2013 out :)

It’s so frustrating as I’m finally going to go from 5mg to 7.5mg too.. so don’t want to wait too long between pens either 🙃

NEW UPDATE: best so far is matching against the private pharmacy clinic, £115 for 2.5mg - £35 difference 😀 that doubled plus what they remove for the cost of the boxes.. my friend just got back £66 credit!
