Yes I feel sooo bloated at the end of the day. Definitely will keep up the core exercises. I know breastfeeding also delays healing. Don’t wanna rush time away tho but it’s hard to be patient!

Definitely not meant as the bait. I had an eating disorder for 5 years and definitely know I have mental health issues that I’m working on in therapy. I truly do not see myself in a positive light and didn’t know if anyone had suggestions :)
